Finding Flow
For many of us elusive and mourning its absence in our lives. How to find it? And more importantly how to drop into it more frequently?
Most of us want this to be a behaviour that we can initiate with a catalyst we have developed. What would this look like? Meditation? Brainstorming?

In flow feels different, you should feel like things are easier than your expected norm and a lightness to your mood with a good sprinkling of “clarity of thought” building momentum and this too will build faster than I thought. You’ll begin to start trusting the process, the behavioural mechanism you identified as a catalyst to call upon and use as a trigger when needed.
